Returns and complaints
RETURNS:
Goods purchased in our store can be returned (withdraw from the purchase contract) within 14 days from the date of receipt without giving any reason.
To meet the above deadline, it is enough to send a declaration of withdrawal from the contract by letter or via e-mail.
· Returns and exchanges are not subject to goods such as: GSM accessories and virtual products - digital files.
We accept goods purchased exclusively from our store.
Be sure to attach:
- proof of purchase, e.g. a copy/original of a receipt, VAT invoice or payment confirmation or other proof of purchase provided by law,
- completed return form, which you can download HERE.
Only originally packed, unused/unworn goods are subject to returns/exchanges,

The return/exchange of the goods is made at the customer's expense
COMPLAINTS:
The store provides the delivery of the goods free from physical and legal defects. The store is liable to the customer if the product has a physical or legal defect (warranty).
The goods under complaint should be returned to the following address:

Be sure to include:
- proof of purchase, e.g. a copy/original of a receipt, VAT invoice or payment confirmation or other proof of purchase provided by law,
- completed complaint form, which you can download HERE.
The return of the goods takes place at the customer's expense
The store will respond to the customer's request immediately, no later than within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
The response to the complaint is sent to the address provided by the customer or in another manner provided by him.
